Nowdays we are seeing water level is going down. Because of this many areas people are facing the problem of water shortage.I have seen some areas condition is very critical.We can see a big line before a small water tanker. Because of excess use of ground water the water level is going down. Water conservation is better idea to solve this problem. Water canservation refers to reducing the usage of water and recycling of waste water for different purposes such as cleaning, manufacturing, and agriculural irrigation.Water conservation can be defined as any beneficial deduction in water loss, use, or waste.
water saving technology for the home includes:-
1. Low-flow shower heads(sometimes called energy efficient shower heads as they also use less energy, due to less water being heated).
2.Low-flush toilets and compositing toilets. These have a dramatic impact in the developed world, as conventional western toilets use large volumes of water.
3.Wastewater reuse or recyling systems, allowing reuse of graywater for flushing toilets or watering gardens, and recycling of wastewater through purification at a water treatment plant.
4. Rainwater Harvesting.
5. High-efficiency clothes washers.
6. Weather-based irrigation controllers
7. We have to use bucket for washing car and bicycles.
