prayas ek koshish balco

I am bhoopendra jaysawal. I am working in balco plant. Pankaj soni, Sushil naik and many of my friends created a organisation named prayas. We are regularly doing social work. In last republic day we organised a blood group test shivir. We tested 201 people's blood. Before this sushil naik (my roommate) and I had trained some people for competitive exams like shiksha karmi and bank clerk. We donate blood regularly. We are teaching people to be helpful with other people. We are trying to increase literacy level.
